I currently do all of these maintenance items.
Tip, twice per year I go through my named sets and see if they need maintenance. I also update descriptions anywhere that I can.

After going through these challenges, I think I’m going to create a Workflow to remind me to do these quarterly! I typically only do these after budgets are finalized. Thanks for the reminder!

I usually perform all the maintenance tips when my Prophix users are not in the system. I also temporarily disable all Prophix users using the Prophix Security Manager to be sure no one is in the system at the time of the maintenance.
