We only uses DPM for personnel and travel forecast and budgeting.

Using DPM for WIP Planning and Forecasting can be beneficial if we have need for calculation for complex/generic formulas or formulas based on different rates / attributes that we can use Global Vectors or lookup option in DPM.

We do not use DPM for anything other than personnel planning. We are looking at it for other uses and WIP is one of them. I will follow this thread to see how others are using it.
