We have not used it yet, but this is something to consider in the future.
Have not used DPM in prophix.
We use it for some aspects. We’ll be looking to learn more and use it more.

We don’t currently use DPM for WIP forecasting but certainly sounds like something we could use for Incentives. Great inspiration here!

We use DPM for our membership and event planning. Interested to comb through the comments on those that have made this work for WIP.

Interesting idea, I’m curious to hear if it worked out.
We use DPM to track capex projects our organization does. We move the project between a “to consider”, “active planning”, approved, and completed bucket.
Unfortunately, we don’t use DPM for WIP.
Haven’t used it but glad to see it is a helpful tool for others!
