Unable to consolidate data using new Budget version

Hello - We are in process of mid-year budget review. I created a new version in financial and personnel cube. I entered all my changes in new version for expenses and personnel. I ran the currency conversion process and next thing I notice is all my changes (in financial cube) are wiped off☹. Personnel cube looks okay. Am I missing any steps? Anyone here came across a similar challenge?

Typically you would make your data entry into the Native version and when you run the process, you’ll see the currency convert and reflect values in whatever currency you’re using to report (like CAD, USD). Is that what you did to start with pls?
