Security & Alternate Hierarchies

Hi. I’m having a heck of a time making some security changes to a couple of our folks whose role has changed a little bit.

It seems like I can grant them access to a summary level, but not to a leaf level. Which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, but I did recently start working on an alternate hierarchy for a change I think might be coming down the line. Could that have made things weird?

Hi @michael.senchuk - could you provide a bit more detail on the update you are trying to make? In Security Manager you should be able to grant access at a parent or leaf level. Alternate hierarchies should only have a restriction on write access (alt hierarchies are meant for reporting only not data entry or data manipulation via processes).
