Is anyone else having issues with logging in today? User ID has " " around it, requires clearing cache and even changing passwords? This is a major problem for our users, and I can not reach anyone in Prophix because it is Victoria Day holiday?
Yes - we are having issues logging in as well.
We have fixed it. The problem we had was that I do not Sign Off, I just close the browser. That left “junk” in the login after the Spring Release did its thing.
The fix is Sign Out of Prophix, clear the cache, then log back in again.
Should be up and running now.
Must give kudos to Prophix Tech Support. First time I had to log a ticket (new user) and they were extremely prompt and helped diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you Hassan.
I had same issue. Do all users have to clear cache? or just the users who don’t sign out?
I believe it is just users who don’t Sign Off.
We had made an update this weekend. Users who were logged in in may encounter issue signing in. Please clear your cookies and cache on your browser, and retry. That should fix the issue.
