I am trying to implement a multiyear annual increase in the DPM. I recently learned about the General Increase calculation type and really like the potential with this calculation. I’ve noticed that when I update values in the calculation, it doesn’t automatically update on the employee Profile within the Adjustable screen. However, if I hit the refresh button in that screen, it then updates to the value I put directly into the calculation. Is there something I am missing that would push the value globally to all my employees? Is it possible it is behaving this way because I’ve marked the percentage as adjustable? Any insight would be helpful!
