Has anyone had a case of multiple instances of the Analyzer add-in icon in the menu ribbon in excel? I have a case where someone has 4 Analyzer icons in the menu ribbon. I have no idea how that can happen when there is only 1 add-in available. None of them appear to work. Tried removing add-in and re-adding. Only 1 user is having this issue. All others working appropriately. Anyone seen anything like that before and how did you correct it?

I tried a few things on my side but could not get more than one Analyzer to appear in my Excel. Here are a few suggestions you can try:

Check the Analyzer folder:
Typically, the folder looks like this:
Make sure there isn’t more than one ProphixAnalyzer file in the folder. -
Check the customizations:
- Right-click on the Analyzer icon and select Customize.
- In the customization window, look at the right side to see if there is more than one ProphixAnalyzer listed and remove any duplicates if found:
