It would be super helpful in Security manager to have the name of the person for whom you are looking at or editing to be displayed on the right side of the screen near the different settings and access privileges. I know it is the highlighted individual from the list on the left, but it would be easier just to have it on the right side as verification. more than once, we have been about to edit and realized we were not on the user we thought we were.
Easier way to create templates, add logos, financial statement templates based on industry standards.
-
Add a column to show Last Run on to see if a report or data view is needed or can be cleaned up and discarded. We have a lot of one off reports that are used and then never run again.
-
Let you have a setting to choose page options prior to updating when opening a report or data view.
-
More insight into resource usage so we can tell when the system will take a long time to open complex reports
-
A report showing what reports are using which hierarchies
-
A way to download hierarchies and alternate hierarchies in usable & understandable form
Looking forward to integrating AI applications
I would like the ability to restrict users to view only active members. I’m not aware of a way to do this other than select specific members under access which defeats the dynamic members and would be time consuming.

In the Personnel DPM Calculations… Using a Condition in Calc2 (that uses another Calc1 in its formula that has specific conditions) to make this “new” calculation to not over write the target account for every person, just those with the condition.
- Ability to use HTML for enhanced dashboards, announcements, and reports.
- Easy way to capture and view all comments on monthly financial statements.
- Ability to clone a user’s security access so I see exactly what they see when setting up new users.
- Ability to lock individual reports rather than having multiple file folders to achieve the lock.
- Ability to sort columns / rows
- Training on MDX formula creation
A report showing workflow completion that could be sent out to applicable admins who aren’t monitoring workflow manager.
Looking forward to the new AI functions

Custom chart - 100% Stacked chart + line chart
Waterfall chart available in template studio (currently this only available in dashboard studio)
Export to excel option excluding hidden columns/ rows
Number formatting for each axis/ line on a chart (e.g. some to 1dp some to 0dp, some as percentages – at the moment you can only select one formatting for the whole chart then I have to tweak this in excel)
LTM in time perspective to be written the same as YTD – so that the time conversion in accounts works – at the moment it just automatically sums all the months up when for some accounts I don’t want this – I want it to do the same as the time conversion selected for YTD
Option to reposition data labels on a chart
Data label totals on a stacked bar chart (at the moment it only labels each stack)
Ability to use data entry with alternate hierarchies
Workflows – ability to have first and second approver
Changing colors in graphics is something very essential.
Hello! I would love to be able to assigne Workflow tasks that are Entity Specific. This is so that the controllers that are in the US don’t have a task that says anything about Exchange Rates, for example. Or if we have an entity that has certain tasks in the close process that aren’t present at other entities.
It would be really good to have a option to copy processes one to another, like “i want to copy this import to another process file” Smart client had something close to it
Currently working with Support on a workflow process that will help ease our complex budget structure. Having our budget in a template that is easy to convert back into our ERP is what I am looking for.
