I’m looking for a way to load security assignments as part of a scheduled import. We have a Many-to-many relationship between users and jobs, and the teams and roles by job don’t match a particular hierarchy. With new jobs being added and revised weekly, requiring an admin to manually update permissions will not only be time consuming but error prone. On the other hand, we already have our teams assigned to jobs in our project management system and could easily detect changes and import them.

We’re considering multiple options between groups, single user groups, etc., but we can’t find a way to automate any of it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

What is the best way to show all outstanding tasks in a workflow? I have multiple approvers (2) on one task and I am unable to determine which one hasn’t approved it.

Hi, @jacqueline.holmes. Can you please post your question here for tomorrow’s webinar? https://prophix.influitive.com/challenges/1573 End of today is the deadline. No guarantees that our consultants can get to it on short notice, but it’s worth a shot!

Thanks Mark, I will do that!

That’s perfect, @jacqueline.holmes!

i have three accounts for my cash flow loan balance;

  • closing balance = closing balance of LOAN GL account
  • opening balance = opening balance except where budget opening balance is not empty
    IF(IsEmpty([CASH_LOAN_FAC_OB_BUD])=true,LAG([CASH_LOAN_FAC_CB],1),null)
  • Budget opening balance

When i enter zero into the budget opening balance prophix is still treating the account as empty. Is there a workaround for this issue? (I also tried checking for NULL and that didn’t work either)

Hi, @kevin.gallagher. Thanks for posting this question. Are you planning to attend this afternoon’s Stump the Consultant webinar? You can sign up here: https://prophix.influitive.com/challenges/1573

I have passed your question along to our consultants, although I can’t guarantee they’ll answer it on short notice.

Since this thread on which you’ve posted is old, I will close it down shortly to avoid any confusion.
